Abbots Oak offers a true ‘home from home’ experience in a luxury, historic, peaceful country house in the middle of the Leicestershire countryside. Drawing inspiration from the beauty of the surrounding Charnwood forest, local woodland, streams, heathland and bluebell woods in its charming décor.

Abbots Oak is now an exclusive Boutique Hotel. The captivating, historical house will now offer eight stunning luxurious bedrooms. All individually designed bedrooms in the main house are typically large and beautifully appointed, with stunning fireplaces, original wooden and stone mullion windows; yet blending seamlessly with luxury and contemporary décor.

The tapas menu served on Saturday night was perfect together with a bar stocked with local gin. Who could ask for more? We can’t wait for an opportunity to come and stay again x
